If you're a new or recent graduate, we welcome you! Our founder, Matthew, is dedicated to supporting new professionals and will provide the guidance you need to develop your skills in the NDIS sector.
If you're an experienced clinician already working with self-managed and plan-managed clients, you can expand your services to include agency-managed clients by partnering with us. We'll help you grow your client base and reach more people. Or if you are already working in the field, and are passionate about your craft, but are being treated with little regard and want to be appreciated for your skills and commitment to serving others, then maybe we can help.

Key Information for Applicants
Before You Apply
- Proven experience in the NDIS or other allied health sector with strong knowledge of participant needs, services, and compliance.
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in managing documentation using CRM systems.
- Experience in client engagement, business development, or outreach in health or community settings.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Valid ABN
- Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Allied health professionals must hold the relevant university, professional registration requirements (e.g., AHPRA), and certifications.
- Professional Indemnity insurance and Public Liability insurance.
