Meet Matthew Kyte
Matthew founded Janalli Services with a clear mission: helping people live rich, meaningful lives through education, experience, and practical life skills. After working with several NDIS providers, he created Janalli Services to deliver support built on integrity, respect, and genuine participant outcomes.
Matthew has a keen interest in several fields, including sports and exercise science, psychology, applied behaviour analysis, sustainable living, theology, and education. His diverse background enables Janalli Services to provide holistic, person-centred support that focuses on each participant's individual goals and strengths. His experience across the NDIS sector includes Behaviour Support Practitioner, Provisional Psychologist, Support Worker, NDIS School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES), and Disability Employment Services. Today, Matthew supports Logan participants through NDIS counselling, NDIS behaviour support, NDIS personal training, and innovative community participation programs, helping individuals build confidence, independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community connections through both in-person and telehealth support options.
