Matthew Kyte
Matthew founded Janalli Services with a clear and simple mission: to help people live rich, full, and meaningful lives by leveraging the education, experience, and life skills he has gained throughout his journey. Having previously worked for several NDIS providers that did not align with his personal values, he was determined to create an environment where the intent of the NDIS was upheld and ensure clients and staff were treated with the utmost integrity, honour, and reliability.
Matthew has a keen interest in several fields, including sports and exercise science, psychology, applied behaviour analysis, sustainable living, theology, and education. His diverse background enables Janalli Services to have a unique perspective on holistic well-being and personal growth. He also has valuable experience within the NDIS having worked in the roles as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Provisional Psychologist, Support Worker, NDIS School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES), and Disability Employment Services.

In a further commitment to supporting students, Matthew has embarked on a secondary school teaching degree in 2025 to empower students who require specialised support in their educational pursuits. His dedication to learning and development is truly at the heart of Janalli Services.
